Booking, Cancellation, Late, Hygiene, Rebooking and Refund Policy

Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Touche' Body Image Med Spa!  To accommodate your desired appointment time, a deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to guarantee your slot and avoid no shows.  There will is a minimum of $50 or 20% of the service booked, whichever is greater, charged for cancellations less than 24 hours.  A credit card MUST be on file to reserve an appointment.  ALL deposits and payments for services are non refundable and can be applied to another service within 30 days of booking.  However, no-shows and late cancels deposits are void and a new deposit must be paid to secure an appointment.  


Late Policy

Please arrive on time to your appointment.  If more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and a $25 rebooking fee will be charged or service time will be adjusted as not to inconvenience the next client.  Feel free to call for last minute availability. Please note that appointments requested outside of business hours, this includes Sundays, will be charged a $50 VIP deposit in order to secure your requested appointment time.  PLEASE, no extra guests unless being serviced.  NO CHILDREN ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. We look forward to assisting you in Building a Beautiful Body Effortlessly!  We are located at 9900 Westpark Dr # 354 Houston, TX 77063  832-582-6447.  See You Soon!


Hygiene Policy

Hygiene is extremely important and is an absolute must prior to any service being provided. Please ensure that the area/s being treated is/are clean and free from odor. Upon your arrival, if you need to freshen up, please let the receptionist or the tech know and you will be escorted to the lavatory where there will be hygiene supplies at your disposal. Please note that your appointment will be rescheduled if this policy is not adhered to. Rebooking policy will apply.  No exceptions!


Refund Policy

All sales are final, however, any money paid for booking or services can be applied towards another purchase within 30 days.  If not applied towards another purchase within the 30 days, those funds become null and void and are not refundable.  Should a new service be desired, another booking fee or deposit will need to be paid.  No shows and late cancels are voids and a new deposit will need to be paid for scheduling another appointment.  No exceptions!


Rebooking Policy

If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a $25 rebooking fee will apply.  Should you decide to proceed with your appointment, your service time will be adjusted so that the next client will not be inconvenienced.  In order to avoid these kind of issues, please be mindful of planning your schedule accordingly and be respectful of both yours and our time.  Your cooperation is very much appreciated. 


Accepted Forms of Payment

We currently accept Cash, Mastercard, Discover, Visa, American Express, HSA & FSA.  Financing is now available through United Medical and PayPal.
